Die Luxationen im Acromioclaviculargelenk werden nach Rockwood unterteilt: | |
Grad I | Überdehnung oder Zerrung der Ligg. acromioclaviculare und coracoclaviculare, Schmerzen, lokale Schwellung, keine Funktionseinschränkung (= Tossy I), |
Grad II: | Ruptur des Lig. acromioclaviculare und Überdehnung des Lig. coracoclaviculare, schmerzhafte Schulterbewegungen, AC-Gelenk-Hochstand, Subluxation im Schultergelenk (= Tossy II), |
Grad III | Ruptur der Ligg. acromioclaviculare und coracoclaviculare mit deutlichem Hochstand des lat. Claviculaendes (= Tossy III), ("Klaviertastenphänomen") |
Grad IV | entspricht III, jedoch mit Dorsalverschiebung des lat. Claviculaendes, |
Grad V | geht über Typ III hinaus, massive Dislokation und |
Grad VI | sehr selten, Luxation der Clavicula unter das Acromion, starke Schwellung |
